Import any custom models
Import your custom CAD models or, better yet, use our CAD software plugins (SolidWorks and Inventor) to create a dynamic link between your CAD models and your robot application.
Define what needs to be done
Define the characteristic geometries of your application. Picking points, welding seams, deburring contours, spray regions, all in 3D, guided by our workflows, with the help of your models sections, contours, normals, projections. Do not let geometry limit your applications.

We solve the hard problems
Based on the task definition our AI agents plan the task execution automatically, down to the last detail. We generate your collision free paths and you can select if you want to maximize speed or energy efficiency. Based on the task type, we analyze the waypoints or contours relevant for your task and make sure we choose collision free poses which respect the contraints of your task.
Change anything you do not like
Automated solutions cannot cover all personal preferences. Change any autogenerated detail to make the final application fit any subjective preference.
Add safety
Add safety components and visualize and communicate your safety concept efficiently. View safety fields, mark danger zones and use it in your certification documentation. Export laser scanner fields to configure your laser scanners based on field activation shapes which accounts for objects in the scan field.
Simulate, verify and validate
Make sure the robotic application fulfills its requirements by validating the important KPIs, calculated using physics based simulation. Assure your client that the required cycle time will be met by the robotic application or analyze an existing cell by getting accurate information on motions and timing.

Generate and deploy
Generate the full source code for your robot (we currently support ABB, Comau, Kuka and UR), transfer to the robot, and start producing. The source code is well structured and easy to understand, just as robot experts would write it.
